After looking through countless floral shops in the Saint Paul area, I was happy to stumble upon this shop that showcased beautiful bouquets on their website. I wanted to send my sister a special surprise but it was a HUGE disappointment!I had placed an online order for delivery the night before Valentine's Day because the website had advertised it to be delivered the next day along with an email for delivery confirmation. Come Valentine's Day, I called around 3pm (my time in CA) to ask of the status and Sue said that the driver just left with the last batch for the day. Come 4pm, I received the email stating that the flowers had been 'successfully delivered' to my sister. So I called my sister up and to my surprise she didn't receive anything. I then called the shop and Sue stated that she must've clicked on the wrong order to confirm delivery and that the driver should have it delivered in less than an hour so I said okay, as long as it wasn't delivered to wrong address. Mind you, during this call, she tells me to hold on because "another call was coming in" which resulted in extra wait time. 6pm rolls around and no flowers were delivered, sadly. I called the shop again but at this time (8pm in MN) no answer so I left a voicemail. This morning I called 3 more times and the phone just keeps ringing. At this point, I asked my sister to call the shop, so she did and SURPRISE!!! Sue picks up, claims she had the ringers off and had just turned it on after my sister expressed to her that I had been trying to reach them regarding this issue. Sue continues to give her some shitty excuse saying that my order didn't print out so it was never processed and that I probably talked to someone else when I called both times last night (but she herself told me both times the driver left with the arrangement ). She offered to have it sent out again today but my sister just asked for a refund.Of course I'm furious because of the lack of honesty, poor communication, and professionalism. I get that it was a busy day and probably the busiest day of the year for floral shops but please do better. Hire more help, quality check your orders, maybe try not to avoid customers calls cause you've messed up.. What if this was flowers to a funeral service? Or someone on their death bed and it never made it? Wow! Just WOW. Ridiculous. Support another business if you don't want to babysit your order.

A beautiful arrangement, delivered on time and with care!

Absolutely… was our “30” year anniversary, I phoned Pocket Full Of Posies & asked for (30) long stem red / orange roses w/ a fall decor to be delivered to our eating destination… they were delivered, on time & were absolutely Perfect!! Thoroughly impressed would be an absolute understatement!
